Recent Problems in DeLonghi MCH710T Ceramic Heater

The fan stopped working on my DeLonghi MCH710T Ceramic Heater. What's wrong? Can it be fixed?
Heater turns on and starts to get hot, but fan does not turn on. Heater also starts to smell bad (burning smell).
