Recent Problems in Panasonic CT-27G14 27" TV

MY CT27G14 HAS LOTS OF HORIZONTAL LINES AND TRASH WHEN STARTING UP.
IT USUALLY GETS GOING IN 2 TO 3 MINUTES, SEEMS TO SHORTEN TIME IF I TURN IT OFF AND ON A COUPLE TIMES

i accidently connected both front & rear AV terminals simultaneously and now I cannot get sound.
